Our comprehensive Safety and Efficiency Service Agreement provide exactly that! A/C INSPECTION INCLUDES: HEATING INSPECTION INCLUDES:

 Check compressor amps / volts
 Check outdoor fan motor
 Inspect & chemically wash condenser coil (once a year)
 Check outdoor contactor
 Inspect & tighten all loose electrical connections
 Monitor air conditioner operation pressures for proper refrigerant charge. Add up to two pounds of "Freon" each year (per system) if needed
 Check outdoor fan capacitor
 Check compressor capacitor
 Visually inspect 2nd drain pan, air filter and ducts



  Check inducer fan motor & blower motor amps / volts
 Check hot surface igniter and flame sensor
 Inspect burners, heat exchanger & gas flex line
 Analyze flue gas for safety
 Check electrical connections
 Inspect pilot (when applicable)
 Inspect and test safety controls
 Check blower capacitor
 Visually inspect 2nd drain pan, air filter and ducts
 Inspect vent pipe
 Check main limit switch
 Check heat strips and sequencers (Elec. Only)
